Install the Beyond20 extension

1. Go to the Beyond20 homepage at https://beyond20.here-for-more.info/ and navigate to the installation page

2. In the Chrome Web Store, add the Beyond20 extension to Chrome

Making sure it’s working

1. Open both your D&D Beyond character sheet and Roll20 in different tabs or windows in Chrome

2. Roll a check, save, or attack from D&D Beyond, and it should show up in Roll20

Optional: Useful settings to update

1. Basic options

   

   Click the Beyond20 icon in your Extensions list in Chrome, then in the pop-up, click More Options

   

   Show the descriptions to avoid having to go elsewhere to understand what the spell does

   

   If you use other VTTs other than Roll20 then set this to Roll20 only to avoid interference

2. Advanced options

   

   Click “Advanced Options” at the very bottom of the window

   

   Add your tiebreaker to avoid having to go elsewhere to agree who goes first

   

   Disable this to make Beyond20 more silent

FAQs

1. Why is my HP not synchronising automatically between Roll20 and D&D Beyond?

   1. Make sure your token’s name in Roll20 matches your character’s name in D&D Beyond exactly.

      Double-click your token in Roll20, and ensure the name there matches D&D Beyond exactly

   2. Ensure that the option to synchronise the HP has not been inadvertently disabled.

      

   3. Confirm with the DM that the token has been set-up correctly with the HP attribute and bar.
